While many discussions have been brought forth about Ai artwork and the dangers it poses. I find myself on both sides of the fight. I have seen an overwhelming amount of people who have jumped into ai art and started selling it. Sites like Etsy have become overrun with badly designed shirts and other things. It has forces me to work harder, to hone the skills that I have learned in order to make great designs that stand apart from the crowd.

The other side of the coin has me embracing ai. There are things I do not have the skills for. and for those ideas, it is fun to turn to ai to be able to bring my ideas to life. I have spent a significant amount of time learning the art of prompt writing to be able to use ai and get the images I am looking for. Using Midjourney has forced me to revisit my knowledge of art history and face my lack of knowledge of certain artistic mediums. Above all I have found it to be a great learning resource and a rather fun program whatever becomes of it in the future.
